Website visitors: We do not use cookies or tracking scripts on our website. No personal data is collected from browsing our site.
Intake form: If you submit our intake form, we collect the information you provide (name, email, company, details about your business). This is used solely to evaluate fit and respond to your inquiry.
Client applications: For tools we build for clients, we may access business data from third-party platforms (such as QuickBooks, Google Workspace, or CRM systems) as authorized by the client. This data is used exclusively to deliver the services agreed upon with that client.
How We Use Data
We use data only for the purposes it was provided:
- Responding to inquiries and evaluating potential engagements
- Delivering consulting services and building tools for clients
- Analyzing client business data to generate insights, dashboards, and recommendations as part of our engagement
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties. We do not use client data for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose outside the scope of our engagement.
Third-Party Integrations
Our client applications may connect to third-party services (e.g., QuickBooks Online, Google APIs) using industry-standard OAuth 2.0 authentication. We request only the minimum permissions necessary. Access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked by the client at any time through the third-party platform's settings.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure credential storage, and access controls limited to authorized team members. Client data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the United States.
Data Retention
We retain client data only for the duration of our engagement. Upon termination of services, client data is deleted or returned within 30 days upon request. Inquiry form submissions are retained for up to 12 months.
