Who are you for?
Owner-operated businesses and lean teams with repeatable workflows, real operational pain, and enough complexity that generic tools don't quite fit.
What size business do you work with?
Owner-operated businesses doing roughly $2M–$20M in revenue, under 50 staff. Big enough to feel the bottleneck, small enough that a few good workflows move the needle.
What kinds of things do you build?
Usually back-office and front-office workflows: sales follow-up, intake triage, quoting/proposals, bookkeeping support, hiring flows, reporting, and internal knowledge agents.
What does working together look like at the start?
We find the highest-leverage workflow, stand up a first version fast, keep a human in the loop where needed, and iterate until it's driving a real business outcome.
How long does it take?
Depends on the workflow. Most first deployments are live in 2 to 4 weeks. From there we layer in more, one at a time.
How do you charge?
Usually a monthly retainer. We want to own outcomes and keep improving the systems, not nickel-and-dime around build fees and token counts.
What does the retainer actually cover?
Building, maintaining, improving, monitoring, and adjusting the workflows over time as the business changes and the models/tools change.
What's the lock-in?
Monthly retainer. No long contracts. We earn the next month.
What if I only need one piece, not the whole AI Department?
Hire us for one piece. Each productized service stands alone. We won't push the bundle if you don't need it.

You say ChatGPT and Claude aren't enough, but you offer Claude Setup. Which is it?
Both. Claude is great for personal productivity — your team should use it. It's not enough for end-to-end business operations — that's where the rest of what we do comes in. Different jobs.
What if AI isn't the right answer?
We'll say so. Sometimes the right move is a new hire, a process fix, or doing nothing. We don't sell AI when it doesn't fit.
What stack do you use?
Whatever gets the best outcome. Different models and tools for different jobs. We're not religious about one stack — the point is reliable business performance, not showing off tech choices.
Why are your testimonials anonymous?
Two reasons, both about protecting our clients. They don't want competitors knowing where their new edge comes from — and they'd rather their own customers not be wondering how much of the work is AI.
